Can you supply drawings?
Yes, for more detailed grating fabrication jobs. We often do this for approval and for erection.
What is your return policy?
We will take anything back if it originally came from us, is in good condition, and if it is a normally stocked item. There is a minimal charge to cover the expenses to do so. In the event of our error or a quality problem which is not your own, the material can be returned after approval at no cost to the customer.
Will you cut-to-size?
As an architectural metal supplier, we will cut anything in our inventory to your project specifications. In some cases, we have to charge for the entire stock size piece, but we will always ask if we should ship the drops along with the finished part.
How quickly can we expect our order to ship?
Stock orders entered before noon will ship the same day. After noon, they will ship the next day. Processed or fabricated orders take longer depending on the project specifications.
Can you supply the cad drawings for us?
Yes. We can provide CAD or pdf file drawings. The drawing includes detailed wire mesh data, main parts and installation types to ensure orders and details. Just contact us for inquiries.
Can you supply samples?
Yes. We will supply the samples of our products for your test or communication with your customers. The samples are free.You just need pay for the freight fees.
What is the service life of your screen?
It depends. We have several different materials and surface treatments for our wire mesh, and they all have different lifespans. You can tell us your use environment and requirements, we will recommend the best products for your project.
