Solution: The operation and use of stone cage net

stone cage net sinking operation, the first is the stone cage net weaving wire sinking. Can also be plated with PVC (polyvinyl chloride),PVC gabion mesh sink row can also be used as revetment and toe protection.
stone box (box-shaped gabion). A gabion net is a mesh made of metal wire or polymer wire, fixed in place to fill the stone. A wire cage is a structure made of woven mesh or welding wire. Both structures can be electroplated, and the braided wire box can be individually coated with PVC. The mesh gabion gabion is more elastic than the welded gabion gabion, so the settlement and load performance are different. Although the stone filling material should be careful to ensure that the stone is filled tightly, it is sometimes considered that the rigid stone box is easier to fill. For non-standard shapes, such as turns, or larger settlement will occur. When the woven wire or polymer lattice structure is deformed, there is no loss of strength
The internal filler of the gabion net is based on the weathering and hard stone as the filler. It will not be quickly broken due to wear in the stone box or gabion sinking row. Equipped with different types of stone cage net has different characteristics. Angular blocks interlock well with each other, and filled gabions are not easily deformed. Therefore, in large shear retaining walls, it is more effective than round stones. On the other hand, it is beneficial to the connection of gabion. The typical size of the filler is 1.5 times the average mesh size. Single stone is not less than the standard mesh size (usually braided gabion size (60mmX 80mm ~ 100 mmX120mm), generally not more than 200mm standard size.
Internal supplement. Mechanical filling is generally faster and cheaper, but not as good as manual filling control. For the reformed retaining wall, it should produce a better appearance and form a dense structure. When using these two methods, the filler must completely fill the gabion net. The filling must be well filled to minimize voids, with good contact between individual blocks, and packed as closely as possible to reduce the possibility of movement within the gabion.
